+ How do you inflate an Air-lounge? Step 1: Remove Air-lounge from carry bag and fold open. Step 2: Open one compartment and scoop air using a gliding motion. This may require 3 or 4 scoops of air. Step 3: Same as Step 2 above, but now you need to hold closed the compartment that already contains air while scooping air into the other compartment. Step 4: Now simply hold closed both compartments and roll up the Air-lounge until pressure builds up in both compartments. Step 5: Simply close the buckle and there you have it!
+ What is the maximum weight an Air-lounge can carry? The Air-lounge can carry a maximum weight of 200 kg.
+ How long does an Air-lounge remain inflated? The Air-lounge will remain inflated for approximately 1 and a half hours once it has been sealed. + Where can I use the Air-lounge? Just about anywhere. It is made from highly durable nylon ripstop material and can handle tough terrains. + Can I use it as a floating device? Absolutely! The Air-lounge works perfectly on the water! + Does the Air Lounge come with a warranty? We pride ourselves in the quality of the Air-Lounge. We want you to be happy with your purchase and therefore we have a return policy. Each Air-lounge purchased comes with a 7 day product exchange warranty. Terms and Conditions The warranty covers any defects on the stitching and Rip stop nylon Material. The 7 day window for returning the Air-Lounge commences upon the day the delivery was sent, and not upon the collection date. The buyer takes full responsibility for the shipment costs of the Air-Lounge product exchange. The Exchange will only be valid if the Air-Lounge is returned in a Like new condition, with no visible wear and tear. Once the Air-Lounge has been exposed to water or sand no exchange will be accepted. It is therefore important that you inspect your Air-Lounge carefully before using it in any of the above mentioned environments. External damage such as piercing by a sharp object will not be covered by the warranty. The exchange will only be valid once the Air-Lounge has been carefully inspected and our Air-Lounge team is satisfied that the client has complied with all the warranty's Terms and Conditions.
